Hiawatha Colbert, founder.

Stark Tech Industries is based in the New York metro area and run hands-on by its founder, Hiawatha Colbert. The work covers practical security checks, systems work, and early search-and-rescue logistics concepts.

The approach is simple: give operators and small teams answers they can act on. That means no invented client lists, no made-up metrics and no borrowed case studies — just what we found and what to do about it.

What we offer

• Security Sniff-Test — a low-friction remote or on-site security baseline.
• NYDFS AI Risk Assessment Kit — fill-in documents that bring AI into a New York insurance agency's Part 500 risk assessment.
• ARACHNE-S — a non-lethal, operator-in-the-loop SAR logistics mule concept.
